Don Murrell was raised and educated locally from elementary school to North Idaho College and then a Bachelor’s Degree from Lewis Clark State College. With over 35 years in the building and real estate industries, he has used his strong financial background to analyze and acquire for client’s commercial businesses, investment and residential properties. Over the years and across the United States, he has held various management positions. As a Realtor for 19 years, Don has worked with clients from San Francisco, Portland, Toronto, Boston, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Desert, Dallas and Seattle, who have diverse needs ranging from residential and condominium developments, to hotels, commercial buildings and businesses, restaurants, mixed-use and housing developments. He is a member of the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene Commercial Real Estate Traders (the top Commercial Real Estate Agents in this area) and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate.
